VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN: FIGURES AND PREVENTION INITIATIVES IN A DEPARTMENT THE PARIS SURROUNDING AREA

Abstract

Problems concerning the rights of the women and the
equality women-men touch all the dimensions of our society. Accordingly, they commit all their actors who have to
work in network with all the stakeholders, that they are
institutional, associative, of the business world or that
they are of every individual. The departmental delegate
in the rights of the women and in the equality between
the women and the men (DDDFE) handles the conduct
and the departmental coordination of the interministerial
policy of the rights of the women and the equality. The
DDDFE and his/her team constitute a link necessary for
the success of the departmental networks against violence against women. He/She exercises a monitoring mission, of
expertise, engineering, animation and coordination of the
departmental actors (institutions, territorial communities, associations, companies). The variety of the actions
declined in Seine et Marne, department of the big
Parisian crown is described in this article.
