Abstract

The use of Big Datas in psychiatry raises various legal
questions, the nature of which varies according to each
technique. The author chooses to explore two particular
techniques: Text mining and Genome wide association
studies. The first technique essentially poses the problem of identifying the legal nature of softwares that
aims to produce such textual analyses in mental health
field. The second technique raises the question of social
management of risks bound to mental disorders if these
studies should confirm such an association between
genome and some of these pathologies.
