Abstract

Social care for the disabled is based on the law of 11.02.05. It is implemented by the MDPH (Maison Départementale
des Personnes Handicapées – Regional Centre for Disabled Persons). Decisions about care are made by the
CDAPH (Commission des Droits et de l’Autonomie des Personnes Handicapées – Commission for the Rights and
the Autonomy of Disabled Persons)
