Crime organisé et présence mafieuse en France : une réalité mal appréciée

Abstract

All kind of foreign criminal organizations have been noticed in France for a few years. They come from the Balkan and Baltic States, they also are Tamul, Chinese, Nigerian, Russian, etc. These new threats are a real challenge for law enforcement services. Their structures, habits and languages are not well known while the recruitment of insiders is proven to be challenging. Facing these unknown enemies, Polices and Customs services have to run investigations and gather intelligence. But collecting such intelligence does not suit them well considering their cultures, tools and capabilities.
