Abstract

Motorcycle Gangs are sometimes regarded as simple rebels, a bit fashionable and especially quite far away from organized crime. This article intends to show that these Motorcycle Gangs are inserted at the core of transnational criminality, benefiting from a network of clubs established throughout the world and connections with more traditional criminal organizations. These criminal clubs, of which the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club appears to be the most famous, know how to develop their criminal activities (narcotics, weapons, trafficking in Human beings...) in strategic places.
