Contraceptions of the future

Abstract

In France many contraceptive drugs or devices are
available for couples willing to avoid pregnancy. Their
efficacy and tolerance are generally good. However,
developing new strategies to improve acceptability of
contraception in a moving societal landscape remains
a challenge for today. Ongoing development includes
optimization of currently available systems and drugs,
new routes of administration offer, and new drugs
testing. Male contraception is still an issue as well.
