The obliterating arterial disease of the lower limbs (PAD) is one of the pathologies in which the angiologist has a capital role, both during the diagnostic and therapeutic stages: choice of treatment, short, medium and long-term monitoring. term.
If Doppler ultrasound examinations allow the functional and anatomical assessment of arterial lesions,
quality of life questionnaires (QOL) are an extension of the patient interview and a useful "tool"
for the appreciation of the impact of the AOMI on the various items that make up the quality of life. If the literature, especially Anglo-Saxon, gives a large part to these questionnaires of QOL, we know less about the applications in our daily angiological practice.
