Abstract

The aim of our study is to update and reassess the results, after the prospective study including 96 patients
and focusing on the detection capacity of color Doppler echo (EDC), in the diagnostic aid of pudendal neuropathy (PN) by ductal compression (CC) [1]. Our working hypothesis is to validate a new vascular criterion, capable of confirming or not CC. This criterion is compared with neurological criteria (CN), based
on the diagnostic score (SD) and electroneuromyography (ENMG) and, for a subgroup of operated patients, on
results of surgery. If the EDC scan can show signs of vascular CC, then these results are in
favor of a NP by CC.
