Abstract

On the therapeutic level, the current recommendations (ACCP) are only
low grade, most often 2B, making
necessary to carry out large-scale therapeutic trials; they suggest,
in patients with spontaneous TVS,
treatment with intermediate doses
of LMWH or UFH for at least 4
weeks, but leave the possibility of
support for narrow TVS without
use anticoagulant therapy.
Compressive therapy and the continuation of
walking should not be forgotten.
