Editorial Policy

Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines aims to publish authoritative empirical research and theory-building conceptual contributions to publish original articles in the field of human resource management. Its authors - like its readership - are primarily research professors, although its themes may also be of interest to professionals seeking material for theoretical reflection.

Material submitted to Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines must be original and not published or submitted for publication elsewhere. This rule applies to material submitted elsewhere while the contribution to Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines is under consideration.

Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines does not require authors to assign copyright to their original research articles published in the journal. Authors publishing in Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines retain copyright in their work, allowing articles to be reused and redistributed without restriction, as long as the original work is properly cited. Responsibility for the content and its authenticity rests solely with the authors and they will be solely responsible for the originality of the published work.

Manuscripts submitted for publication in Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines are peer-reviewed by at least two subject reviewers. A decision by the editorial board member on the choice of reviewers is final.

Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines will be published four times a year. However, being an online journal, this allows for the publication of articles of urgent and critical importance to researchers . Such "Current Interest" articles and relevant editorials may be published more frequently as "Supplements", based on the felt need of the Editorial Board or upon requests/suggestions from readers of the journal.

Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines will not take any responsibility for the content of the articles published and all such responsibility will rest with the author/s. The opinions expressed in the articles are solely those of the author/s and The Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines may not agree with such opinions in part or in whole.
